Dream Big!!!

Imagine if someone said, your dreams can come true today...you just have to ask. Everything you desire and dream can manifest itself into a reality. Well...let that person be me telling you now, that your dreams can come true! So.....DREAM BIG!!!

Be specific. Know what it is you want to bring into your life and achieve. Ask for what you need in great detail. Do not be afraid to ask for exactly what you want. Also...have goals! Start small or start with the biggest one of all! Just start NOW!

Say your dreams out loud. Say them to yourself and tell those around you. Not only will saying the words begin to manifest these dreams, but once you have shared this dream out loud to another human being, it will be real and you will feel accountable. In addition, phrases like "I can't" and "No" need to be erased from your vocabulary! Negative self-talk will only hinder any progress you make and become obstacles on your path. Instead say, "I can" and "Yes" and tell yourself you deserve it! Because you do...

I'm saying this now because I am doing this right at this very moment. I have a dream...a very big dream. I am going to bring love and yoga to those around me...especially those in need...those that may still be asleep. I am going to change the world and make a difference. I was once sleepwalking through life unaware of who I was and numb to my surroundings. In my darkest hour I was given a gift...a divine intervention of sorts...and awakened into this glorious life I have. Every single day I am grateful for this gift. I know in my heart I am finally on my right path. Once I had opened my heart up to the universe and let go of my demons, judgements, and expectations, every single thing in my life changed. My path in this life was illuminated before me. I said "yoga" and it happened. I said,  "I want to teach yoga" and I'm starting to right now. I now am going to share that yoga and love with others. I am going to heal those in need. I feel I was meant for something great on this earth...in this life...and I am not waiting for tomorrow to make it happen. This is why I say...DREAM BIG! and start TODAY!!!!!
